1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Mediia provides photography, videography, brand identity, and motion graphics services. Detailed scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in individual service agreements or contracts signed with clients.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific client contract:

• Client Content: You retain all rights to the raw assets and materials you provide to us.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes.
• Agency Rights: Mediia retains the right to use the work created for self-promotion, including in our portfolio and social media, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is typically required to book our services. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the milestones outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Revisions and Modifications

Our standard packages include a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Liability

Mediia will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
